He's such a big boy and holding his own bottle!
Colby will be 6 months on January 19th. Connor will be gone for 6 months on January 21st.
I'm still having a hard time balancing the joy and heartache. I've found so many blogs about the loss of babies and even the loss of twins. But I have yet to find one about the loss of 1 twin while the other goes on to thrive. If you have any suggestions they'd be greatly welcomed... someone in a similar situation might be the help I need.

((hugs)) balancing joy and grief is so hard....
Delurking to say that I've followed the blog below for quite awhile. They had twin girls but lost one at 16 days. Although no one can take away the pain, perhaps they can lessen the feeling of being so alone in your experiences.

I don't know this family personally, but they are friends of friends. They had twin boys and though both were having serious medical issues, one died at about 3 weeks due to a medication error (given orally instead of through IV, or maybe vice versa). The other went on to have seizures for weeks, and now they think he may have Leigh's disease, which is rare and usually causes death before age 5. They're about to turn 1 on January 21.

Our cousin lost one of her boy/boy twins. Benjamin died at a few days old; Gabriel is now 14 months old. If you'd like, I can ask her if she'd mind chatting with you, and pass along email addresses.
Thinking of you...
Hi, delurking to pass along the url for another blog I follow: http://child-bearing-hips.blogspot.com/. She had twin girls and lost one a few days after birth. Hope that this helps.
